breakfast smoothie

Our juice detox/cleanse will begin on Saturday.  Time to prep my body with a breakfast smoothie from Keri, my wellness coach.

4 cubes ice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop Raw vegan protein powder
2 tablespoons of cacao
1 scoop of greens
1 teaspoon of agave
6 oz of coconut water
3 kale leaves (no spines)
2 hanfuls of spinach
8 raw cashews
