Today was not a great workout.  My nose started running on my first burpee.  Shortly after, I jarred my ankle while jumping into a burpee.  I had to take it really slow (slower than my normal slow) after that.  I did 6 Rounds instead of 7 but hey, it’s better than nothing at all!  My pants were also trying to fall off during the work out –but that is a problem I welcome!

Tomorrow, March 10th is my one month anniversary.  February 10th is when I finished my elements classes and started tracking my workouts in a notebook at the gym.
