WOD March 15, 2012


Today I had the pleasure of working out with my trainer, Melissa. After the workout of the day, we worked on skills and my goal of doing 10 “man” pushups.  When I began working on this goal a couple of weeks ago, I was only able to do 2.  I made it to 4 this past weekend and today I reached my goal! With Melissa doing push ups by my side I did 8, 10 then 8!  Now on to the next goal, 5 “crossfit style” push ups and 5 pull ups with the black band.
