Craving the benefits of Yoga

Yesterday, Chris and I finally made it to a yoga class together. I believe the last class we did together was over a year ago.  Finding the time & a babysitter is more of a challenge than you would think.  Our class was right in Bear Valley Springs at  The class was rough on our tight bodies but also felt great.  Today we are both a little sore.   We would love to attend classes often enough to benefit from all yoga has to offer…..stronger body, stress relief & muscle toning just to name a few things!
